The Front Garden
There is plenty of room to a park a car on the drive in
the large gated garden. The Villa has a covered terrace
with table and chairs for outdoor dining with the
convenience of a retractable sun canopy.

The Lounge
The living room area consists of a 2 and 3 seater sofa
with coffee table and a TV with access to Satellite, DVD,
VCR & WiFi. A large ceiling fan keeps the area cool.

Kitchenette & Dining area
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Fridge
Freezer, Oven, Hob, Microwave, Toaster and Kettle. The
dining area has a table and 4 chairs with additional bar
stools for seating at the breakfast bar.

Bedroom 1
The larger of the 2 ground floor rooms has a double
bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers,
large ceiling fan and mobile air conditioning

The smaller of the 2 ground floor rooms has 2 single
beds, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers,
large ceiling fan and air conditioning.

The ground floor bathroom has a shower unit, large
sink with mirror, bidet and toilet.

Rear Patio & Utility Area
The rear patio is an ideal place to dry washing or
store beachwear and equipment. Under the stairs leading to
the first floor solarium and the self contained sun
terrace bedroom is a large utility cupboard containing the
gas boiler and washing machine.

Bedroom 3 - Sun Terrace
This self contained first floor studio has a double bed,
air conditioning, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers,
fridge, microwave, separate bathroom with shower, toilet
and corner vanity unit.

Swimming Pool and Tennis Courts
Opposite the Villa and open Jun to Sep is the community
Swimming Pool & Tennis Courts. This well maintained
facility has a Poolside Bar and separate Poolside
Restaurant.
A small fee is charged for the use of the swimming pool
and tennis courts. There is no charge to visit the complex
however.

Outdoor Facilities at the Villa
The following facilities are available for Villa guests -
2 Bicycles, 2 Sun Loungers, 2 fishing rods, a gas BBQ,
Beach mats / umbrellas & games. Cycling is great way of
exploring the area with numerous dedicated cycle ways and
coastal paths.
